Does something need to be replaced or repaired on your parasol? We’re here for you, and are more than happy to help!
Our spare parts and accessories shop will be open from early summer 2022. In the meantime, please contact one of our dealers to order your spare parts.
Did you purchase your parasol less than two years ago?
If your parasol is no more than two years old, the defect may be covered by the guarantee. In this case, we’ll send you the spare part free of charge. Please use the contact form to provide us with pictures and a comprehensive description so we can assess the situation.
Is the date of purchase more than two years ago, or is the issue not covered by the guarantee?
If the issue is not covered by the guarantee, or the parasol was purchased more than two years ago, you’ll be able to order the spare part you need from our online spare parts shop from early summer 2022. Until the store is online, you can order the spare part from your dealer and easily replace it yourself with the help of our repair videos.
Please note that the dealers do not offer a repair service for Suncomfort by Glatz, and that all repairs are carried out by you.
